The piped HFC-227ea (FM-200) fire suppression system is an intelligent, automatic system comprising a cylinder rack assembly, extinguishing agent cylinder assemblies, container valves, high-pressure hoses, liquid check valves, a manifold, safety relief devices, selector valves, signal feedback devices, agent delivery piping, nozzles, pilot cylinders, actuators, pilot piping, and pilot gas check valves.
- Rapid Fire Suppression: FM-200 extinguishes fires through a dual mechanism of physical heat absorption and chemical inhibition. With a discharge time typically under 10 seconds, it rapidly suppresses fires.
- Residue-free and non-conductive: It leaves no residue after extinguishing a fire and possesses excellent electrical insulation properties.
- High reliability: A mature internal pressure storage system equipped with dual-redundant control units supports three activation methods—automatic, electrical manual, and mechanical emergency.
